Tot i aix\u00ed, de moment els estudis s\u00f3n contradictoris i \u00e9s necessari seguir investigant.\u00a0 Per aix\u00f2 els obstetres recomanen consumir sempre la dosi m\u00e9s baixa possible. \u00c9s a dir, la de 500 o 650 mg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p> <h2><b>L\u2019ibuprof\u00e8n<\/b><\/h2> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ibuprof\u00e8n, en canvi, \u00e9s un medicament antiinflamatori de tipus no asteroide, sent especialment efectiu per alleugerir el dolor muscular, aquell vinculat a la inflamaci\u00f3 i les lesions corporals, com, per exemple:<\/span><\/p> <ul> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angines.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Febre alta.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infeccions d\u2019orina.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolor menstrual.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolor muscular.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caigudes i cops.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mal de queixals i els flegmons a la boca.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest cas es recomana tamb\u00e9 prendre la dosi m\u00ednima necess\u00e0ria (200 mg en nens i 400 mg en adults), augmentant-la gradualment si no se\u2019n fa prou.<\/span><\/p> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La principal difer\u00e8ncia entre el paracetamol i l\u2019ibuprof\u00e8n, rau, doncs, en el fet que aquest darrer, a m\u00e9s de ser analg\u00e8sic i antipir\u00e8tic, funciona com a antiinflamatori, utilitzant-se per a reduir el dolor.<\/span><\/p> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des de Previsora General esperem haver resolt els teus dubtes.
