No obstant aix\u00f2, <\/span><strong>els aut\u00f2noms no se n\u2019escapen d\u2019aquest tr\u00e0mit<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ja que com b\u00e9 vam exposar en un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.previsorageneral.com\/ca\/autonoms-prevencio-riscos-laborals\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">article anterior<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aquests tamb\u00e9 estan <\/span><strong>obligats a obeir certes obligacions relacionades amb la salut i la seguretat a la feina<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p> <h2><b>Caracter\u00edstiques del nou Codi<\/b><\/h2> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nou Codi de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals recull les \u00faltimes reformes legals, d\u2019entre les que destaquen les <\/span><strong>mesures de prevenci\u00f3 pels treballadors de la llar i la protecci\u00f3 pels treballadors d\u2019empreses exposades a agents que suposen un risc per a la salut<\/strong><b>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El manual, que pot consultar-se en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/biblioteca_juridica\/codigos\/codigo.php?id=37&amp&modo=2&amp&nota=0\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, recull totes les obligacions en mat\u00e8ria de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals i inclou les mesures espec\u00edfiques per alguns sectors.<\/span><\/p> <h2><b>Documents imprescindibles\u00a0<\/b><\/h2> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important puntualitzar que aquest codi s\u2019ha publicat en un context en qu\u00e8 la <\/span><strong>Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball i Seguretat Social est\u00e0 augmentat la vigil\u00e0ncia sobre el compliment de la normativa<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per part dels aut\u00f2noms amb treballadors a c\u00e0rrec propi i pimes. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2, que des de Previsora General us recomanem que sempre tingueu a m\u00e0 aquests documents:<\/span><\/p> <ul> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concert amb el servei de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals en cas d\u2019estar externalitzat.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equips de Protecci\u00f3 Individuals (EPI), sempre i que siguin necessaris.<\/span><\/li> <li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconeixements m\u00e8dics.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed mateix, \u00e9s de vital rellev\u00e0ncia refor\u00e7ar les pol\u00edtiques en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de prevenci\u00f3 i <\/span><strong>fomentar la cultura preventiva<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
